FREE Beginning Ballet Series

Girls class 10:30am - 11:30am
Boys class 11:30am - 12:30pm

Registration
Parents who wish to enroll their children must complete a registration form. Registration begins May 1st, 2013. Register early, as class size is limited. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment may be cancelled.

Program Description

The purpose of the Beginning Ballet Series is to introduce young dancers to the beginning fundamentals of ballet with goal of helping the student determine if ballet is right for them.

Each August, The Portland Ballet recruits 6-10 year old girls and boys for the entry level Curriculum Ballet program starting in September.  Sign up for this FREE introductory series in preparation for our fall enrollment and find out why TPB is Portland's premier academy for nurturing, student-centered, ballet training.

Students who attend the free series do not need to attend the curriculum placement audition. August 17th class acts as placement class for 2013-14 Curriculum Ballet program. Students must attend full series.

Dress Code

Girls: Pink tights, pink ballet shoes, leotard of any color. No skirts or tutus.
